How to reach us

Getting here is
part of the journey.

San Nicodemo sits in the village of Cirò, on the Ionian coast of Calabria. The nearest airport is Crotone–Sant'Anna, about 35 km away — and we come to pick you up.

By air

The easiest way, via Bergamo.

From the UK, Ireland, Germany or Poland the best option is a stop in Milan Bergamo, then the direct flight to Crotone–Sant'Anna, the airport closest to us. No Lamezia, no long road transfers.

1

From your airport to Milan Bergamo

Bergamo (BGY) is reached by direct flights from many European cities, mostly with Ryanair: Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg), UK (London Stansted, Manchester), Ireland (Dublin) and Poland (Warsaw, Krakow).

2

From Bergamo to Crotone–Sant'Anna

A direct flight of about 1 hour 45 minutes, operating every day of the year (twice on Sundays).

Bergamo is a Ryanair “connecting” hub: book the trip as a single reservation and, where the connection is offered, you travel on one ticket with your bag checked through to Crotone, no need to re-clear security.

3

From Crotone to us

The airport is about 35 km from the village, some forty minutes along the SS106. From here we take over with our shuttle — or you'll find car-rental desks right at the airport.

In summer there is also a direct flight Düsseldorf (Weeze) → Crotone: you land near us without even changing plane.

Our shuttle

We'll be there when you land.

San Nicodemo has a 9-seat Ford Transit Custom: we pick you up at Crotone airport and take you straight to the village, luggage and all. Ideal for families and small groups — no changes, no stress.

Other ways

By car or by train.

By car

The SS106 coastal road runs the length of the shore: Cirò is easily reached from Crotone (35 km) and the rest of Calabria. In the village you park a short walk from the houses.

By train

The Ionian coast is served by rail, with stops along the shore between Crotone and the Cirò area: the last stretch up to the village we'll arrange together with you.

Getting around Cirò

And once you're here, this is how you roam.

To explore the village, head down to the sea or reach the wineries, we have our own little fleet — easy, made to measure, and with a touch of style.
