A village to live in, not just to visit. Eight rooms and one whole dwelling spread across Casa Le Rose, Casa Mancuso and Casa Cristaldi — among ancient alleys, sunset terraces and views of the sea and the Sila.
San Nicodemo was born from the idea of living Cirò from within: rooms and suites carved out of three historic houses in the old centre, each with its own character, its own lanes and its own terraces. You move from one to the next as you would cross a village — just a few steps of stone apart.
Designed one by one, never alike: exposed stone, panoramic windows, private terraces. All with private bathroom, minibar, air conditioning and every comfort.
Up in the attic, the largest of all: a magnificent terrace that takes in the sea and the slopes of the pre-Sila. Armchairs for the evening, sun loungers for the day, and all the silence of the village.
Walls of exposed natural stone and a bathroom carved into the rock with a hydromassage column. Through a glass hatch you can glimpse the foundations of the ancient tower.
Overlooking the "cozzo" headland, with a bathroom whose panoramic window frames the landscape. Light and silence on the first floor.

The terraces are our little corner of paradise: breakfast in the sun, an afternoon in the warmth and, at sunset, an aperitivo with local wines, cured meats, cheeses and seafood crudité.
In the late afternoon, as the sun sinks over the terraces, the San Nicodemo aperitivo becomes an experience of colour and flavour — a moment just for our guests. While you watch the sun go down, take your pick from our selections.

All local vegetables: aubergine preserves, sun-dried tomatoes, home-cured olives and a pinzimonio of fresh raw vegetables — celery, carrots, fennel, cucumber, cherry tomatoes.
The classic Calabrian board: home-made cured meats, sweet-and-spicy sausage, soppressata and Sila capocollo; local cheeses, provola and pecorino (truffled, traditional or spicy), fresh ricotta and the unmissable Sardella, all served with local preserves.
Oysters, prawns and langoustines; tuna and sea-bass tartare and carpaccio, all properly blast-chilled.
Roman-style fried calamari, octopus tentacles, seared tuna and pan-tossed anchovies.
The white and rosé sparkling of 13ª Luna, the Essenzo Bianco (Pecorello – Greco Bianco) or the Rosato (pure Syrah).
